Yes Mike, I'm willing to commit at least 1% of enthisiasm into my job and business this week. I'm willing to commit at least 1% of more positive thoughts in my mind this week. And I'm also willing to commit at least 1% of action into my life compare than last week.

I was also blessed on the 5th with my first grandchild, my son and his wife had a boy!

My strength will carry me through this time also as my God Father passed away yesterday morning.

I love that image of power, enthusiasm, energy. I want to put all that into my positive attitude. I can do this. I can succeed. I can accomplish my goals and so much more! Yes! I'm willing to put 2% more into it this week than I did last week! My biggest goal this week is to complete Lesson 9 for my credential and to get 1/2 way through Lesson 10. And put some energy into my thesis for MFT. I WILL EAT LESS...GO FOR SMALLER AMOUNTS AND FIND TIME FOR EXERCISE. I committ to spending less, saving more.and finding good investments. The power of a positive attitude will work for me! I will keep a positive attitude!

I hear 1% higher in my head as I channel new thoughts of rising myself up...funny it works. also my goals are in place to help my children also ,though they are adults now i see that I didn't impower them enough. I have steps I'm taking to change that. 1% so simple yet I never realized how much it would help. Thank-you I'm putting together plans and applying action to them.

Hey Mike - I always like your words of enthusiasm and deep down inside me is a little faith, hope and enthusiasm, why? I'll never know, as I am so tired of bad things are and no matter how much I think they couldn't get any worse, they do. I'm on disability, and the few dollars here and there I've tried to invest in something in hopes to finally get ahead ends in failure. I don't even see the light at the end of the tunnel anymore. I don't have enough money to pay the bills, buy food, register my car, anything. I always felt I was a good person, never would hurt anyone but I am cursed. Was always giving anything everything to help others and now that I could use some of that, where is it? One of the few things keeping me going is that about 3 months ago the cutest little kitten, poor thing hungry, tired, friendly and filled with love, showed up on my doorstep, and the darn thing follows me all over the house all the time and I now she really loves me and thats the only positive influence I see these days. I know I know, get over it bla bla bla, and I've tried, I am cursed and I wish I knew how to get out of this pit. Anybody have any suggestions? And be nice too. :-)

It is amazing to think that we are merely 1% away from our biggest dreams and goals, but most people never realize it. If they do, they seem to stop at 1/2%, 3/4%, etc. Really! I know because I was there, and constantly moving forward, seeking to give that 1% extra towards your goals and dreams has made a huge difference in my life and it will in everyone else's too!! Don't give up, even in the most dire of circumstances!

Hi Paul, This is a message for YOU because I know where you 'are' and I know it is real. Understand that we are within a manufactured system, a system designed to disable and crush anyone who either cannot, or will not 'play the game' according to the systems rules which are largely exploitative and psycopathic. That is why the greatest psycopaths are in leading positions. You are not unlucky, you are one of many who experience the deficits of the system for what they are. We are conditoned to acquire 'me-me' 'winning' traits and it is very sad that those who give so much so often, find themselves in need without their spirit of generosity reciprocated. But there is a higher truth (thank spirit) within and around us which does not measure by means of money, our true Self-Worth. Knowing you are loved by the same force which creates galaxies and a blade of grass is the greatest comfort which cannot be taken, broken or bought. Ain't it a shame that even a little kitten can recognise what most people are blind to? They are blind because they are self-obsessed. That kitten saw that you are goodness and compassion deserving of love, loyalty and happiness.

As I look at the photo another series of thoughts come to mind. Those of the many hours on the driving range persevering though all the doubts and frustrations that must be overcome to realize that "you can do it". That you can trust your inner self to do the right thing while not allowing the self doubt create a personal impasse. Never giving up feeds self worth as you slowly inch towards confidence and trust in yourself.

To Paul,

I can discern what you are going through. I am not a challenged person as you are yet there are some problems in life to difficult to resolve.

You are looking for some hope and energy. I see that you blame life, God or maybe yourself for the situation. Friend, nothing is going to change until you stop blaming yourself or anyone by else for that matter and take a hard look at what can you do to make things a bit better day by day.

I say this because I believe there is some strength and courage to take the charge of your destiny in the best way you can. I don't have any suggestions on what to do except to remind you that you are the one you have been looking for and that you are more powerful, lovable and capable than you think you are.
