The Force That Creates Your Future
Another home run with this one. Sitting here reading this, I can feel the almost instantaneous difference inside me when I imagine "selling" someone a product or service versus asking them "how can I be of assistance" and seeing if my product or service might be of benefit to them.
Thanks,

I wonder if this is the 'fuel' behind those that are admired for wonder-inspiring inventions/adaptations like the light bulb and assembly line?
Personal satisfaction from having redered service would seem to fulfill the gnawing need represented in the current office environment...
Great message.
When we start to leverage our true strengths to create the most valuable result for others, it's not long before people are beating down your doors for the service you provide.
The key is narrowing your focus to the area that you have the most intuitive strength in to the exclusion of everything else.
Keep up the great work and here's to Your LifetoSuccess,

I read somewhere also that you cannot help others without having a positive effect on your own endeavours i.e., by helping others you will surely also help yourself.
I will work on my language to that of service rather than a chase.
thank you as ever............

Also Thanks for the chance to post a back link to my blog
I invite readers to view and to make comments on how I could improve content. Or otherwise to contact me if they need some help with researching. (New Zealand or otherwise)
I recently completed a reading or source bibliography on African American sources for the 1930s. This did stretch me studying on line from New Zealand but was fun!

You always make so much sense...probably because you have so much to offer since you've been where we are and are here to help us.
Thanks for all the great advice.
Let me know if there's anything I can give back to you for all the great advice I've been getting the past couple of years.
Have a great day!

Create real value for them. LOVERAGE them.
LOVERAGE Them ---- Sharing this with my team ASAP.
in my life myself. Not only do I want to serve I want to
give Gratitude at all time for being in a position to serve.
When I first started in this industry, I remember feeling
you had to be chasers to keep up with what the company consider success levels, "talk to any thing breathing"
I never felt comfortable with that and know that somthing about it didnot connect with who I am.
Thanks so much for all you give!

You are a wonderful inspiration. Thank you for your uplifting and insightful messages. I have always made a point of putting my customers' welfare first, and get enjoyment from the responses I receive. I have worked with others who put customers' financial future in peril, which was encouraged by the corporation. It promted me to resign. It may take time for customers to realize you have their interest at heart, due to the ruthless individuals they encountered in the past.
Thank you, Mike, for all you do to encourage serving and not chasing.
Effective analysis to enlighten!
thank you so much for sharing that
realizing of how peaceful and fulfiling and
fun and satisfying and .... is to serve.
I appreciate you,
Javier
I appreciate your spiritual values added to the reason we engage in business. As a fan and practitioner of Edward Dimming's business philosophy (customer-focused business)I affirm give the customer what he/she wants. The customer will reward us and send other customers our way.

Totally agree with you.
"You don't earn higher income, you ONLY earn the RIGHT to earn higher income" - Dan Lok
When you increase your personal value and serve more people, you earn the right for higher income.

No matter how many successes I've achieved through follwoing these principles, I still see the same "shiny objects" of the get rich schemes and biz ops.
Entirely possible to loose focus with a single trip to the email IN box these days.
We have to dream big, plan for greatness.. but then choos a course and work it. Once you get that feeling that you know you are doing a great service to others, that should be your focus.
Now excuse me while I get back to serving
Beautiful! It is my daily prayer, so powerfully articulated by you..." How may I serve?" Part of the integration for me has also been releasing the powerful religious notion that people who serve SHOULD do so with no thought of return. I found myself blocking the flow of my own prosperity by limiting core beliefs surrounding materiality/life of service. I do not serve FOR money, and money serves me in my service of the Higher Good.
Thanks for the re-minder, and blessings in your continued life of valued service!
This is a very, very, very good inspired article It is like music to my ears, and norishment to my immune system,May God continue to bless you allways to keep up the good works.

Earn money - not Make money
Comes down to making oneself & service Valuable, the money will pour in afterward.
I always have been a server. Service is who I'am! I'm ready to turn it up a notch!
Thanks Coach/RCJ3

Your messages are always so clear and inspiring. It is such a subtle shift in attitude at times from wanting the sale to wanting to give value to the customer, but it makes all the difference! If you love and believe in what you are doing, you need only share the benefits in service to your customer and the sales will happen without chasing.
If you or your company stops providing a service to anyone then you are no longer in business or you must shift your focus of what you do in some way so that you are in the serving mode once again - so from far away what we are here on planet earth are individual people or groups of people serving other people or groups of people -
There can be no other way of looking at all of this activity and if what is being done in any area of activity is not serving someone in some way that activity will sooner or later cease to take place!
I hear this from my business partners all the time!
The most successful people in business are not those who are focused on THEIR success, but those whose primary focus is helping OTHERS succeed !
I love this quote from Zig Ziglar ; "You can have everything in life that you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want.”
